- Tour plan :

Your journey begins in Tangier, the vibrant gateway between Europe and Africa. After pickup from your port, airport, or accommodation, you'll explore the northern coast of Morocco. Your first stop is the legendary Hercules Cave, followed by Cape Spartel, where the Atlantic Ocean meets the Mediterranean Sea. Take in the stunning views from the lighthouse and enjoy the fresh sea breeze. Afterward, you’ll travel inland through the Rif Mountains, passing by the white-washed city of Tetouan. The drive offers several panoramic viewpoints perfect for photos. By late afternoon, you’ll arrive in Chefchaouen, Morocco’s picturesque blue city. Settle into your riad and enjoy a relaxing evening soaking in the peaceful mountain atmosphere.
Today is all about exploring the magical charm of Chefchaouen. Known for its blue-washed alleyways and unique architecture, the town offers a peaceful retreat in the mountains. After breakfast, take a relaxed stroll through the medina where every corner offers a picture-perfect moment. Discover colorful handicrafts, traditional fabrics, and local artisan shops. In the afternoon, enjoy free time to hike up to the Spanish Mosque, which overlooks the city. This vantage point offers one of the most breathtaking panoramic views of Chefchaouen. As the sun sets behind the mountains, the blue walls glow even more beautifully. Return to your riad for another peaceful night.

Leave Chefchaouen after breakfast and head toward Volubilis, Morocco’s best-preserved Roman archaeological site. Walk among ancient columns and mosaics that date back to the 3rd century, and explore the historic ruins set against a scenic backdrop of rolling hills and olive groves.

Next, continue to Meknes, once the imperial capital of Sultan Moulay Ismail. Visit the impressive Bab Al-Mansour gate, Sahrij Souani basin, Royal stables, and Moulay Ismail Mausoleum. Afterward, a short drive takes you to Fes, where you’ll check into your charming riad and relax before your full day of exploration tomorrow.

After breakfast, enjoy a guided tour of Fes, one of Morocco’s most culturally rich cities. Begin with the Royal Palace gates and then head to the historic Medina of Fes el Bali, a UNESCO World Heritage site. With a local guide, explore important sites like the Bou Inania Madrasa, Al Quaraouiyine University, Tanneries, and the beautiful Nejjarine Fountain. The Medina is a maze of alleys filled with scents of spices, sounds of craftsmen, and vibrant daily life. Later, visit the Jewish Quarter (Mellah) and drive to a panoramic viewpoint overlooking the city. Return to your riad in the evening, enriched by the city’s deep history and artistic spirit.
Today, leave Fes and head toward the Sahara. Your first stop is Ifrane, known as the “Switzerland of Morocco,” thanks to its alpine architecture and clean streets. Next, visit the cedar forest of Azrou, home to wild Barbary macaques, where you can take a walk and feed the monkeys. Continue through Midelt and enjoy lunch before driving through the scenic Ziz Valley, known for its lush palm groves and fortified ksars. Arrive in Merzouga, where a camel caravan awaits. Ride into the golden dunes and watch a magical Sahara sunset before arriving at your desert camp. Enjoy a traditional dinner, Berber drumming, and stargazing before sleeping in your private tent.

Wake up to a stunning desert sunrise. After breakfast at camp, set off to explore the Merzouga region. Visit nomadic families living in woven tents and learn about their way of life over a glass of tea. Then explore a centuries-old eyeliner mine and discover how the desert's resources are still in use today.

Next, visit Khamlia village, home to the Gnaoua people, where you’ll enjoy a soulful music performance. Continue to a palm grove and the seasonal Lake of Flamingos (Dayet Srij). If in season, you may spot flamingos and migratory birds. Return to Merzouga in the afternoon and relax at your hotel.

After breakfast, depart the desert and stop at Rissani, a historic trading town with a vibrant souk, especially lively on market days. Then continue to Erfoud, known for its fossil industry. Visit a local workshop where fossils are turned into art and décor. From there, head to the dramatic Todra Gorges, a towering canyon popular among rock climbers. Take a leisurely walk along the river and enjoy lunch in a local café. Finally, continue to the Dades Valley, stopping at the famous Monkey Fingers rock formation and a viewpoint overlooking the valley. Dinner and overnight in a hotel.

Start your day with a drive through the Valley of Roses, stopping in Kalaat M’Gouna, especially beautiful during the rose harvest season. Visit Skoura palm oasis and explore Kasbah Amridil, one of the most well-preserved kasbahs in southern Morocco.

Next, head to Ouarzazate, known as the Hollywood of Africa. Visit the Taourirt Kasbah and optional stop at Atlas Studios. Continue to the famous Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, a UNESCO site that has appeared in many films and series. After exploring, drive over the High Atlas Mountains via the scenic Tizi-n-Tichka pass. Arrive in Marrakech and settle into your riad.

After breakfast, set off on a guided walking tour of Marrakech, Morocco’s vibrant red city. Explore the Bahia Palace, Saadian Tombs, and the Ben Youssef Madrasa, each offering a glimpse into Morocco’s regal and artistic past. Wander through the colorful souks, where artisans sell everything from spices to textiles.

After lunch near Jemaa el-Fna Square, visit the Koutoubia Mosque and the serene Majorelle Garden, once owned by Yves Saint Laurent. Enjoy a free evening to wander Jemaa el-Fna’s lively atmosphere—street performers, food stalls, and snake charmers bring the city to life.

Your Moroccan journey ends with a transfer from Marrakech to Casablanca Airport. If your flight schedule allows, you can visit the magnificent Hassan II Mosque, one of the largest in the world and beautifully set on the Atlantic coast. Afterward, we’ll drop you off at the airport for your return flight.

We hope this unforgettable 10-day tour through Morocco leaves you with lifelong memories and a deeper appreciation of Moroccan culture, landscapes, and hospitality.
